Case abnormal motor development
13 month old boy, born at term by difficult vaginal delivery.
• He is able to roll over from his stomach to his back but he is not able to sit or stand.
• Some primitive reflexes such as the Asymmetric Tonic Neck Reflex (ATNR) persist and he has increased muscle tone (spasticity) and exaggerated deep tendon reflexes in his limbs.
